In terms of health and social protection, DedeFund wishes to provide conducive conditions to improving the health state of the underprivileged and deprived social walks of urban and rural areas including women and children.

MICROFINANCE AND SOLIDARITY AND SOCIAL FINANCE
In Africa, women, especially those in rural areas seriously lack the capital to start or develop an income producing and generating activity. So, they most of the time resort to usurers or money lenders who charge high rate of interest amounting up to 300%. Such a situation further exacerbates their impoverishment and keeps them in the vicious circle of poverty. Meanwhile, a petty fund available to them would enable them to increase their activities range and in fact increase their income towards the improvement of their living conditions as well as that of their families.
To address in a sustainable manner the thorny financial problems of women, being the very vulnerable portion of the population that is denied access to the traditional funding opportunities (namely banks), DedeFund intends to provide them with technical and financial support in the form of micro-credit to enable them to start or expand a business.
